Flexibility is needed for your everyday activities. Getting in and out of cars, up and down stairs, caring for children or aging parents, cleaning the floors, even getting out of bed. Our flexibility decreases with age or injuries. DEFINE offers classes/practices that are designed to maintain and increase flexibility for any age. Building a strong core and actively working to stretch can help with a myriad of ailments such as back, shoulder and hip pain. DEFINE Mind and DEFINE Yoga are excellent additions to your CARDIO workout and are critical to your longterm flexibility. Additionally, research supports the fact that you can increase bone density with exercise. DEFINE’s body class uses your own body weight to strengthen every body part.
